This recording was taken a few miles from Skookum Meadow. Coyotes can be heard barking and yipping behind the initial vocalization. Due to the presence of coyotes, it is possible, and maybe even likely, that the vocalizing animal is also a coyote. However, since it has been observed that coyotes and sasquatches seem to often be found in proximity to one another, it remains unclear what made these howling sounds.
