This recording was obtained by Wally Hersom on the night of July 24, 2009.
Originally thought to be a bigfoot knocking, it has now been determined that the most likely source of this sound is a deer "huffing" while moving quickly through the woods above camp. Since deer huffs are an alarm call, I have to wonder what this deer was so bent out of shape about...
